I would personally put everything into a bowl to mix since it's hard to mix in a tray and coat everything. I would also used gloved hands to mix it but thats a personal preference. All of this put aside this looks amazing and I would 100% try this but with ice cream instead.

It would have been much easier if you added the sugars, cinnamon, vanilla and salt to the melted butter and than poured it over your crackers.

Why would you put them in the pan to stir?

Geezevjust put it all in large bowl and mix. Then put on sheet. So much easier.
