Didn't knew you could buy brand new chassis straight from the manufacturer. Anyway I have seen equally if not more damaged cars getting repaired and put back on the road where I am from on a regular basis. Nothing to be proud of though. Best of luck with the project. It's a lot of work but the end product will be worth it.
