The BMW owners were rude, but if you stop behind a car and block them from getting out of the space or open your door into another car, I'd expect them to be slightly pissed.

I understand the BMW driver. I think he is very rough, but I understand him. His car was blocked and his stint started already. They paid much money to use the track, and because someone stands in the middle of the road he loses time. Maybe he should be more relaxed, but he is right.

Hey guys, one thing to keep in mind is that this is a very cheap trackday compared to other events. If you are a member of DSK e.V. (the organisation behind it) you pay around 200 Euros. If there is no major incident you usually get to drive 4 sessions, 45 minutes each. If you compare that to a normal touristenfahrten day the price is still reasonable, even with that kind of traffic. I've participated there several times and never had any problems with other people there. However, I'm absolutely sure there are better events but the are also way more expensive.

Well the last guys with the ding in the door, you can at least understand. Many people I know, even my normally calm mother, would get louder when something happened to their cars and it would seem like the guilty party just wants to drive away.

I think as you're running a business, and you presumably rent that space for your hospitality lounge, you should also be paying for reserved parking spaces for all you company vehicles and track cars. Letting your customers get involved in Argy bargy in the car park is hardly going to encourage them to come back. Like you said the track day descended into chaos simply because of demand, but no need to compete in the unprofessional stakes.
