How To Install / Replace Ford Flex Headlights | LED Headlight Replacement

This was so easy, a 41 year old mom can do it! 😂 I had a little trouble pushing the clip on the old bulb - had to push the bulb down and then it pushed down and pulled it out real easy. Definitely has to remove the old rubber gasket, then twist and make sure the new one twists in fully. I got led lights on Amazon and was done in a few minutes. Easy peasy! What year is this Flex?
I have a 2013 and underneath the hood is arranged differently. How can you get to the lights without removing the bumper and lowering the assembly?

I have a 2019 flex LTD, I can’t just pull the bulb out like you did. There is a plastic cover on both sides. The driver side is out and one of the screws is very hard to get to. Is there another way to change the bulb without having to take out the bumper?

Also add don’t forget to remove the original rubber washer when reinserting the new bulbs. New bulbs should have new washer. Otherwise you will have a difficult time trying to reinsert and twist the bulb into housing. It will not reach with 2 washers. Too thick and will not catch.

I have a question my friend has a 2009 flex with the projector headlights originally. He got into an accident and now is fix the front end of the flex. He bought new non projector reflector headlight and I bought a H13 led bulbs that fit the headlights but how do you convert them to work please help?

Why do I need the extra wire (conversion kit)??? Can't I just replace a bulb with a bulb? Also bulb twists out of socket, but is tethered on the inside by the wire. Whole bumper needs to come off.

A piece from the Wire assembly for my passenger Headlight broke and now my passenger Headlight does not turn on. I herd this was a common issue with the FLEX, i wasnt sure if i needed to replace the Entire wire assembly, or if there is a way to just replace the passenger headlight piece

Anything out there about how to change the orange lights on the inside of the main headlights? They sit 1 on top of the other. 1 went out, then a couple weeks later the other light on the same side went out. Thanks in advance.
