I have the A SPEC in that amazing blue and I love it! Gets lots of attention. I agree the navigation is not great but the touchpad is growing on me. I know where everything is where to touch immediately which is making it easier. I love the A SPEC steering wheel, even chunkier than the original. The seats are great and fun with the Alcantara inserts. Love the underfloor cargo space that frees up the cargo space with the stuff I keep in the car all the time. But the BEST thing and the reason I bought the car is the SHAWD as I love to throw it round a corner and makes it so sporty. I needed and SUV but also wanted something sporty and it definitely checks the boxes.

LOL I actually burst out laughing at the Beach Boys tamborine piece...priceless. And by the way, I pick my RDX up at the end of the month!! You guys have good taste.

The touchpad is great as it keeps fingerprints off the screen! You guys complain about dust I thought you'd be all over this. But apparently not.

I work for American Honda and when we were doing new vehicle training, I was shocked by how small the SH-AWD made the car feel in corners. It certainly is the real deal.

Just bought one and the touch pad actually makes sense once you've been using it for a while. The cooled seats could work better, but that sunroof is amazing. It was a great addition to the car family with the TSX Wagon and the Accord sport. Much better than the MDX it replaced.

I just bought this car for my 30th Bday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The seats are like sofas and the handling ohh my lord it's like having claws on the tires.

Nice job Acura! A worthy contender to the Lexus NX300. Rdx wins in power and electronics. Lexus wins in luxury and interior quality and comfort. It's good to have options 😊

Finally, the review I have been waiting to see! I’ve had my RDX Advanced (same as Platinum Elite) for just over a month now. You guys actually nailed it in my humble opinion. My only points of disagreement are with the infotainment system and the knob for suspension selection. Infotainment takes some getting used to but it really is nice now that I know it. The real problem is with Apple Car Play. It does not operate like touch pad was designed. So, when you switch back and forth it can be irritating. This is Apple’s fault and they could fix it. Android Auto is coming but is delayed because it is being designed to work with the track pad.
The suspension selector knob is fine where it is in the center. The fact that it’s centered and big speaks to their desire to draw attention to the way the vehicle drives and handles.
I trade in my 2012 Range Rover Evoque. I loved that car but I love this one more and I saved quite a bit of money.
Finally, my silver RDX came with the same wheels the car you tested had and I ended up changing them out for the 20” Black Diamond Cut wheels and it looks so much better. Now I have four brand new Acura Wheels and tires for sale if anyone is interested....
Your review was really spot on. I’m a little concerned that I was kinda searching for validation or approval from you two by way of this review. Had you panned it I would have sent you the bill from my therapist. Luckily, we’re all good.

The RDX is a great, great car. We own the second generation that is babied-driven on the weekends to get groceries. We have the 6 cylinder w/ all wheel drive (just changed over to 6-cylinders away from the turbo) The next gen went back to a 4 cylinder w/ turbo. I think people don't realize how good this smaller SUV is. It has some juice w/ a lot of class. Very happy with our purchase. No issues. Decent fuel economy.
