Up here in Ontario, Canada province wide I'm seeing slight drops but it's only luxury/sports vehicles. Retail prices on essentials-type of vehicles, your Civics and Santa Fe's, are not budging. I can tell someone who's in the market for a nice weekend car will have lots to look at in the Spring....
