The Survivor had multiple people already in the house and those survivors know what went on how can you get a victim and say she is unconscious or he is unconscious being called someone else to make sure they are dead then call 911 they know those survivors hold the key if they didn't Illustrated themselves

If the police are actually investigating this with fidelity, they DO have their suspect(s). This appearance of bungling and '"Aw, shucks, we have no clue" is a ruse.

As far as the keypad goes. Is it one that can be unlocked with a phone app? If so all someone had to do was get a hold of one of their phones or obtain the password to the app. That would render that keypad useless.

The person that killed them did it with another person. The killer(s) were already in the house before the four came back. The person that called 911 is behind the killing. Sometime it is the person acting as a helper to others are the killer.
The weapon that killed the four is still in the house, A knife can be placed in a wall that already has a hole punch init. The knife could be a box. Knife could be under the heater in the basement. The two women that didn't get hurt or killed really did it and ar doing a good of covering that fact up.

I would like to revisit the idea of JACK. Two of the young ladies made a lot of calls around the same time, but apart. Maybe, the young ladies were not calling JACK, but pointing to JACK as the person of interest, the killer. If they were already not gonna make it, imagine.. cant talk, 911 wont work, but repeatedly hitting JACK, JACK, JACK, JACK.. might be something. This Jack fits a lot of the needs of might know the code, is admitted inside the house, no one would suspect him coming out, not even the family members, he was was with them at the food truck towards the end of the night. Does JACK have knives and understand weapons or an interest in them? Are we paying attention to the signs?? Are we listening to the young ladies maybe trying to point out the killer? Was it a young man who called 911 to report the incident, yet, didn't identify themselves, and did the other two roommates allow him to use the phone accepting he was a safe person to handle it. I would have been screaming at the least to find my 4 roommates stabbed to death all bloody.
