I had no idea that this was Dan Castellaneta. He must be one of the best voice actors in the business! (I guess if you listen very carefully and use a bit of imagination you can almost hear a combination of Barney Gumble and Grandpa Simpson in that voice.)

His name is Jeremy Freedman and the character represents the stereotype teenager who has just hit puberty (explains the cracking voice) doing odd jobs or stuck in dead end jobs to earn.
It's funny the show never mentioned what high school he goes to considering the character pops up quite frequently
