Open up your hips with this water element themed fluid vinyasa flow class for all levels.

The element of water connects with our sacral svadhistana chakra and relates to creativity, fluidity, deep feeling, sensuality, emotion and the subconscious. Through this water yoga class, we'll be focusing a lot on our hips through circular movements and deep hip openers This is a class to help you go with the flow.

We'll be doing a lot of fluid hip opening poses that help increase flexibility and it's suitable for all experience levels with no props required. We'll end our practice with a short meditation utilizing jala (water) mudra.

Kassandra, I LOVED this class. I always especially love your elemental, seasonal, and chakra-themed practices, and this one was perfect in every way. I especially loved the fluidity of the series segments, particularly the Malasana and Baby Wild Thing series. And don't think we didn't all notice how perfectly you coordinated your outfit with the theme! Thank you for all the effort you put into your channel for all of us!! It is so appreciated!

Thanks a lot, Kassandra! I enjoyed this yoga class a lot! I liked the fact that I indeed felt like water and although my mind resisted starting today a yoga practice, invocating lack of time, I reminded myself what you said on one of your classes - the hardest part is just starting and unrolling my yoga matt on the floor 😅. Once I was able to do this, everything else felt right. Thank you for all your work! You are amazing! ❤🎉

What a beautiful class! I came up with an affirmation and an intention. One of the affirmations you had suggested: I go with the flow I adapted that as an affirmation: I swim with the flow. Sure takes SOME effort but not much. Swimming with the flow is a kind of a dynamic self--agency but still the current is taking you. My intention is the opposite: Float ... it's a Sunday. So I want to turn onto my back, allow the water to support me and just BE no matter where the current will take me or not take me anywhere. Being still and stagnant even is not always a negative. I guess the intention helps to balance out the affirmation or vice-versa. In case the swimming is taking TOO much effort, then, the floating is a letting go of that effort and trying to get anywhere.

I loved it! 😍 I have been sticking with the “10 minutes morning yoga” for many years since it helps so much to ease the pain I have in my joints. But after today I’m definitely gonna use this practice again and again 🤩😍
