I can’t imagine drawing a picture of myself and having it corrected by someone. I’m Jewish but I look pretty white, and my hair is curly. If I drew a picture of myself and posted it and someone corrected it by saying my hair was cultural appropriation because I’m white, that would kill me. Like I would die laughing so hard. Also my dad has tattoos pertaining to his Native American heritage but he looks pretty white too. Imagine me drawing a tribute to my father because he’s a happy man and having somebody selfishly change it or remove important things from it because they label it as something offensive. That just pisses me off to no end.
