I'm German American. I was raised speaking German. I can speak fluent English. My first language is still German, even if I wasn't born in Germany. American German sounds different from normal German, because there are difference in accent. The same could be said about other languages It's that simple. *Why must people be so difficult??* Besides, anime's Japanese sounds different from regular Japanese.
