I've built 3 houses from the ground up for myself. It can be an intimidating tough job if you don't know what you're doing but soooo rewarding once you move in. One tip finish EVERYTHING before you move in or it won't ever get done

Timmy if you have not enclosed the bath tub/s be sure that before you do you somehow insulate the tub exterior and cavity so that when filled with hot water the hot water remains as warm as possible for as long as possible.

Make sure you have electric plugs on deck, too. Lights and fire pit are great. You may want to string lights in the winter or add music

I’m loving the build! You will certainly never be accused of being boring. Seems like you were made for YouTube. Your home is going to be gorgeous, comfortable and warm. I could never call this build a “cabin”.
