I work for a UK based Telecommunication company and whenever I have to call someone residing at UK just because they have raised a complaint regarding their broadband or other services, they think I am a scammer because I have an Indian accent. I used to work for my company's Debt collection department and people in Uk they think I am trying to scam them when actually they haven't just paid their bills properly. This is so frustrating. They sometimes call us names, use profanity and also makes our work 10 times harder than it already is. And the reason is these fu**all scammers. Just don't know what to Don't even know how to report such activities!!!

This guy is nothing short of amazing. He is really having a direct impact on the scammers' ability to do business. The other "scambaiters" are doing good work as well, but a lot of what they're doing is closer to theater. Sure, they waste the scammers' time, and it's entertaining when they cause a scammer to blow their stack, but this guy, with his knowledge and ability to access the scammers' network, is working at another level altogether. I hope he inspires more people to do the same.

He's lying, they will say anything to get you off the phone, especially if they think you will leave them alone after.
You need to make them understand that scamming old people is seen as a terrible crime and we will be following up at a random date in the future to check if they really have stopped !
