More specifically Indian scammers who are trying to steal your money! I will expose one of these scammers and confront them with their own hacked webcam. Having worked at a US Embassy in a foreign country I can tell you the way the curtail these scams is to report their names and activities to Interpol. They will not want these marks against them and many will quit.
