in this video we talk about a common ECG abnormality: 'non specific STT changes'. non specific STT wave changes has many differential diagnosis. So, patient's history and other clinical and paraclinical findings are necessary to determine the underlying cause of nonspecific STT changes. remember that not all nonspecific STT wave changes are due to acute ischemia.

The St t changes are present in contiguous leads ( inferior and lateral wall ) so should be considered as significant ischemic changes ?
