This is ongoing practice in reviewing abnormal EEGs and writing/dictating EEG reports. If you are training to get proficient in EEG interpretation it is important that you not only observe trained EEGers but you should be absolutely comfortable dictating your own EEG reports.

Would it be fair to further localize the seizure focus to T3? Looks further like a phase reversal there (obviously a referential montage can tell us more).
