Thanks for the brilliant cases. Liked the case and explanation of the periodic side discharges. They are rare in my daily practice (I am a pediatric neurologist and an EEG specialist. I have been practicing since 2005, a VIREPA alumni 2010. The channel gives more practice in EEG, English, and I also show these lessons to my junior neurologist colleagues and psychiatrists complementing my
examples and samples from atlases (screenshots are more descriptive than atlases)

I did not understand the term "juicy" spikes. never met this before. Because they have a large amplitude and are well recognizable?

Hi! This is a very usefull video 👏👏👏 I got a question, as I study this as well now😊 If patient had MRI that shows is something wrong with Left Temporal Lobe, PET CT that show abnormality on Left Temporal Lobe and 12 hours Video EEG that is showing abnormalities on the Left and also Right temporal lobe(without a seizure) is the patient switable for a surgery? Thanks ❤❤❤
