The "Chinese" language is wrong. The newscaster is speaking what I believe to be Cantonese, which is a dialect unintelligible to most native Mandarin Chinese speakers. It is mostly used in Hong Kong and the Guangdong province in china. There are also other dialects like Hokkien, Hakka, that is also not understood by people who only speak Mandarin Chinese.
