I am about to watch this video and just wanted to share with you a story. When I was a young boy growing up in rural NSW Australia late 1970's, our town then about 7000 had a local soft drink maker Campbell Bros. they made Coca Cola under license locally. I guess the syrup was supplied by Coke? This is before Coca Cola Amatil took over the logistics and distribution of Coke nationwide. A exchange teacher from San Diego who taught at our school for 1 year said it was the best Coke he had ever tasted and preferred it to the Coke he drank back in California. I was never a big Coke drinker but I was nice and most locals agree it was better than what followed.

red bull did it at, one point in time they had a "red bull cola" that was actually made with sugar, and listed "de-cocanized coca leaf extract" in their ingredient list.

With modern chemistry we know exactly what is in it. Pepsi knows what is in it, Coke knows what is in Pepsi. It's all a marketing gimmick.

New Coke was a Pepsi clone after the Pepsi Challenge. We know what happened with that foray.

It’s written down and stored in a vault at coke world in Atlanta. Plus each Coca Cola factory around the world has the recipe.

With modern technology such as DNA, scientists are able to find out exactly what (or who) went into making you, going back thousands upon thousands of years. I'm sure they could figure out what went into the making of Coke, and in what proportions.
