Every day I wake up in this country, wondering what level of Jumanji I'm on now.

I wonder how many people have brain worms but can't afford going to the doctors to get the scans

It’s funny that the guy who had worms in his brain is the most legible and truthful, intelligent, honest and unbuyable guy running for office. He might be our only chance to stop the division and shut the idiots on both sides up.

My adopted niece was found to have lesions caused by parasites in her brain. These were causing seizures and minor learning issues. The parasites are now gone, but some of the lesions remain. The reason for these parasites was traced back to fecal contamination at the orphanage in Russia,
where she spent several years as a child.

There are a lot of things I absolutely would NOT tell anybody about myself and having a dead worm in my brain is damn near at the top of the list.

How tragic. I'd say it's much more common that is reported.

Mom has that! She got a worm in El Salvador from undercook pork! The pig had parasites and travel to the brain! She had migraines. She was given medicine to kill the worm and got calcified, it was never removed! Depending on location it might require surgery- besides the migraine she never suffered any brain issues! Later, she got MoyaMoya, got double brain bypass and no brain issues after being legally dead for minutes!

With all the worms slithering around in D.C., I'm not surprised.

This happened to a friend of mine who ate undercooked pork while traveling abroad. He had headaches and had 2 seizures so they did an MRI and there it was. He was treated with anti-parasitics and was eventually fine. So it does happen.

Now this is the thing that drives me nuts about doctors: you say your brain isn't working right, they do an MRI, find WORMS, and say it's an incidental finding. How does that even make sense???
