Earth and anti earth, which is in the same orbit as earth but 180° out of phase so it's always on the opposite side of the sun. There was a bad 60's movie about this.

Move the planet venus to within 10 million miles of earth, put it into the habitable zone does it interrupt the orbits of earth or mars? Does it cool down?
