FIXED! TCL 55 Inch 4k TV - Screen Cycling through Colors after a power surge.

Had a power surge. Turned my TCL 55 Inch 4k TV on and it would only cycle through colors. Only response from the remote was being able to turn the tv off and on again. This video shows my simple fix.

I just bought a tv 2 days ago and it started doing this. I’ve been looking for 3 1/2 hours to fix this and have been going through different rebooting methods (Plugging in my laptop, rebooting into factory mode, etc etc) and FINALLY found this video where someone literally just unplugs and replugs their tv back in. I feel stupid for not doing it in the first place.. but thanks for your help, saved me a headache.

For me I Accidentally pressed the Menu button and now it’s doing that. But I have already unplugged it and plugged it back in nothing happened.

I m still facing colour problems on my tv when I connect it with my laptop thru a VGA cable. The TV screen appears in Orange color. I have a Samsung Plasma 43 inch TV
