Man when I first saw this movie and I saw that scene it just horrified me that so many innocent people were killed and the city of Paris once known as the 'City of Love' was completely destroyed and wiped off the map forever in an instant like that was just heartwrenching.

The idea that a meteor can crash anywhere on earth not a major city yet still does in these movies is too funny to me. There are meteors that hit the earth all the time (Not like these big fat planet destroying ones) but they always land like in the middle of Siberia
