Since I’ve started watching ur videos, I have gained my self worth, self respect, and happiness with myself again! Yeah I learned this not too long ago. Yes I wanna be with her but I wanna be myself more. She likes to call and block me and it use to get to me now I’m learning to feel indifferent. If I hear from you I hear from you if not it’s fine too. The fact she blocks me made me use to not reaching out. Over time now my heart is healing and I know imma hear from her again but it’s not affecting me as much as it use too.

This was perfect timing. I already made the mistake of trying to reach out to him too soon bc I seen he was on a dating site shortly after the break up. He never told me why he wanted to leave and I reacted very emotionally and I kept trying to reach out to him over and over. I feel so embarrassed and I have learned a lot. it’s been over a month of no contact. I want to apologize to him for my actions but I feel it’s the wrong thing. But I also feel it’s the right thing. Pretty sure she was already hung up on someone else beforehand bit I did screw up and kept messaging her and I now see it was a mistake. Since then have apologized and im going to commit to no contact despite how much I want to talk to her. I just wish I had known all this sooner especially around the breakup otherwise I'd never have done it but I know now what I need to do to better myself and what to do so I can move on. Girl broke up with me. Said I wasn’t affectionate, I wasn’t loving enough, didn’t make her feel loved. She said she put more in the relationship than I did. Basically said that she’s tired of waiting for me to change. I do love her. Just didn’t know how to express it. I didn’t get her flowers that often. However I would tell her how much she means and all. Broke up with me. Doesn’t want to talk to me. Told me to give her space and leave her alone. She said she doesn’t care anymore. She also said we didn’t spend enough time together. We have kids. We saw each other every other weekend and once or twice during the week. She states she wants more time. But i work and have kids so yeah. Anyway I made the mistake of chasing her. I recently cut all Contact with her. Maybe that will do it. But who knows.
