I'll add an egg or two. Use whatever cheese you like. I use processed american "cheese" to give it a creamy flavor. I see adding milk and butter looks like it does the same thing.

Try adding all that, plus multiple types of cheese(cream cheese makes it really creamy), garlic powder, parsley, scallions, and red pepper flakes. its life changing.

I like to also put in half the pack, so that i can add some chili flakes/chili oil without it being too spicy. That, and i add some white american cheese, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Very good

I always add the full packet of seasoning and usaly add a bit of very concentrated chilli oil

Omg I have a recipe if I can share so it includes:
1 pack of indomie ramen
In a seperate bowl add:
1 egg yolk
Some garlic mayo
And this is optional but I added smt my mom made which is a sauce which includes
Soy sauce, oyster sauce and hot sauce mix that up and add like a tiny lid amount
Add the oil that is given in the indomie pack or add olive oil
Mix some noodle water into the mixture and after the noodles are cooked,
Add the seasoning pack in the noodles and pour them into the mixture
Mix well and u can top it with whatever u like but that’s how I make my ramen it tastes so good!

Looks yummy The cheddar has good flavor but it doesn't melt the way American cheese would. That's just a matter of taste.
