i add the ramen first because sometimes i put too much water and the one time i put the soup base first, i added too much water. i couldn’t remove the excess water anymore 😅

first time cooking these and i love them but..compared to cheaper noodles when i ate the bits of raw left in the packet they were soft and chewy instead of hard and crispy. Is this texture normal or are they stale ?

Honestly this makes more sense. I don't get the point of adding powder after. I add powder after but it's what the packaging said. I never really thought about it
