Honey glazed pork recipe

Ingredients
1 kg of pork ribs
seasonings(salt,paprika,cumin,red chili powder,black pepper)
ginger(about 3 cm)
garlic(5 cloves)
3 green chilies(pounded)
Make ginger and garlic paste
2 chopped onions
soy sauce
honey
tomato sauce/tomato ketchup
tomato paste
quarter cup of oil(optional especially if you didn't trim the fats

Preparations

Trim excess fats from the pork(optional)
Wash your meat and pat dry
Using a tea spoon measure each seasoning and mix the together
Sprinkle the seasoning on the meat,rub in well
Heat sufuria when hot dip in your meat(if not using oil)
If adding oil heat it then dip your meat
Don't turn immediately
Allow it to cook until nicely browned
Remove from oil and set aside

Sauce preparation
Heat a tablespoon of oil
Add onions
let them cook until translucent
Add ginger garlic paste(reduce heat)
Add the seasonings a teaspoon each
let them cook until slightly browned
Add a tablespoon of tomato paste and stir
Add a cup of tomato sauce or ketchup
Mix well
Add 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
Add the pounded green chilies
Allow it to cook on low heat for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes add 3 tablespoons of honey(you can adjust the quantity)
Stir for 2 minutes
Add in your pork.
Turn of heat
Serve
