There is an issue with Trusted Platform

Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data

Note: BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows

I had to change the mobo of my notebook due eletrical shorting issue and the already update is giving me the warning and the configuration on bios is not showing the tpm option... any idea how to workaround this issue?

This is not covering it entirely.
HP for once, Hides the TPM on newer Workstations in certain regions. that means you cannot see the option in BIOS nor will it show with TPM.MSC.
You have to flash your BIOS entirely and upload a new BIOS, not just an upgrade, but entire BIOS with a tool. Some suppliers of shelf systems, like Zeiss, set their BIOS to Hide certain settings to avoid issues they do not support/have tested.
Annoying as h.. and best option is to go to whom ever you bought the PC from and demand they unhide it or chose different supplier.
