THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO. THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT SHOWED THE BACK OF THE MANDOLINE AS YOU CHANGED CUTS. EVEN QVC AND THE INVENTOR DIDN'T SHOW HOW TO CHANGE THE CUTS. JOB WELL DONE

works as advertised, but instructions are not clear, difficult to figure out. Cleaning is difficult as food brush cannot clean out all of the bits and pieces. Due to lack of clear instructions how to use the knobs and difficulty in cleaning, i would not recommend.

On the info for ordering it indicates that you can do very very fine diced items (onion as example). How do you get it so fine? The diced items in the video dont look that fine.

Brilliant except no way to clean hidden areas (where food gets stuck) to prevent growth of deadly bacteria.

So I bought this and it works well except you can barely see the numbers to adjust the thickness. The numbers should be displayed better and the knobs for the 360 needs to be clearer also.

How do you switch from matchstick/julienne back to plain slicing? I just got one of these after Christmas, and the manual explains how to switch from plain slicing to matchstick/julienne, but not how to go back to plain slicing again.

For dicing put 2 times one time for length one for width

Even you start a step with "refer to x previous step", anybody who skips ahead in the video for something specific we're going to have to go search around throughout the rest of the video to put together all of the steps. Just repeat the steps
