A review on the first touch fake shot would be very effective as it makes the defenders come at you due to their aggression but you move is executed very quickly allowing you to break away into yards of space with ease

using this technique as a defender receiving a back pass works as wel. it messes with high pressure forwards and buys time and space for an exit pass.

what do you think is more effective though, the dummy or the instant fake shot as the ball comes to you. for me i think the fake shot, as it keeps you in constant control of the ball, and lets you go where you want to go. i often find that when a defender is pressed against you they somehow manage to get a foot in before you can dummy; not been a fan of it much this year.

Hey Mike, when doing a dummy should i hold the L3 in any specific direction? SHould i only hit R1 at the last second or when exactly should i hit it?
