FIFA 14 Tutorial: Most Effective Skill Moves (Xbox One/PS4/Xbox 360/PS3)

The tutorials I did on skill moves back in the spring is continuing again now with FIFA 14. We are starting out pretty simple, to help those who don't know anything about skilling. We will eventually move into more advanced skill moves and combos as time goes on.

sometimes you try the skills and the players don't fucking do it. FIFA 14 sucks

I find the most effective skill move is one the most simple if not the most simple. (the shoulder drop) where when running you just flick the right analog stick perpendicular to the direction you're running and then turning your direction with the left analog stick. It is so easy and you keep your momentum, not like and fake shot where they stumble, but you can continue your run in the opposite direction, in right+angles or just to adjust slightly. :)

I think it can be quite hard to learn skill moves. I mean you practice in the arena with a "behind the back" camera and try to memorize the move you want.

Then you play a match and the camera is from a side angle instead. Now you can't just do what you did before, you have to adjust to the new camera angle.

I'm a new player and I find this a bit of a problem. Why would I practice skill moves in a camera angle I never use?
copied and pasted that form a forum and that's why I was having so much trouble doing moves in games

Very effective skills! I found the heel to heel move quite effective as well, when you slow down and then burst with it you'll leave the defender behind.

Body feint is easily the most effective!! You maintain full control of the ball and speed! So precise it can get you out of the tightest gaps
