Cheetah cat is a play with words. Cheetah=cheater
In the description it says "it is said to appear before those who break the rule of descipline and follow the path of the monster" and "be careful not to become a monster yourself" which means that you broke the rules and became the monster (cheater)
The fact that the cat is cheetah with the metal ball connected to it that doesnt let it run is a metaphor that cheaters are fast as cheetahs clearing every level in the game, but they got cought doing it

Tbh it's kinda scary, the fact that it just stares into your soul while ominously waving it's tail back and forth, not moving at all anywhere else. It's kind of unnerving to me.

Edit: as entertaining as it is to see people discuss the ethics of cheating, I just wanna say I don't actively cheat. I just have an alt that I use to spin gachas and fuck around. I don't do it often and haven't for a while. But like as long as a person isn't acting like they're playing for real I don't see the problem

The thing about this that really disturbs me is that it really feels like one of those antipiracy game tricks that people do for video, this feels extremely reminiscent of that one Mario party DS antipiracy video where Mario and the others are thrown in the slammer but instead of Mario, he’s replaced with a cheered with an iron weight chained to its leg forever unable to move, and the final nail in the coffin is that fact that it directly looks at you, the player, while other cats have their faces a bit off center the cheetah cat has it directly in the middle looking at you, almost as if it was saying “This is your fault I’m on this chain” genuinely gives me the chills

Its probably a thing other games do where if you have something (In this case this cat) It works as a flag and it makes it easier to ban your account (Also i think they chose a cheetah because its simular to the word cheater)

Honestly, this is one of the creepiest things I've seen in a game. The cheetah tear markings make it almost look as if it had been crying, but it just stares at the camera grinning, completely still other than its tail. The fact that its a cheetah - a creature literally built purely to run - yet its chained down and can't run so it just lays there.
