Hey. I'm currently still working on the next part of one slot battle cats. It's going to take a while because I want to make it good and worthwhile to watch. I also have to progress in the game which also takes time. I might upload more random videos like these while I work on part 2. All of these questions are actually answered in the official BC Lore. The cats are not the bad guys.

It is heavily implied that the Cat army and the Doge Empire were once friends, we can tell this because of the Doges sending random gifts to the Cat army, lowkeys description of them once having a war and most notably Dogūmaru and what he symbolizes as the clay statue resembles peace and war, almost a sort of like yin and yang which fits perfectly in context.

And again, from lowkeys description it was very clearly stated that the two empires had a great war, this can only mean that something went wrong with the two empires which forced them to clash. From our inferences it’s clear that the doge empire won. This explains why the SOL legends are working for the doge empire and how the doge empire was so quick to conquer the universe.

But then, the cat army arrived. Some people say they conquer the world for the heck out of it, but I disagree. In the ending dialogue of SOL, it clearly states that they want to free the heroes of legend, which are the ancestors of our SOL legends (Urs for context)

this can only mean that they are trying to strip power from the doge empire and restore the universe. It’s even more likely that the modern cat empire wants to participate in this great war and change time itself, tho there’s not much evidence to support that, it’s still a logical conclusion.

There’s one giant wrench to this theory and that’s the “masked clan.” Recently in Urils (Floor 50 Boss) description it states that he sealed away the demon king and saved the world, thing is there’s literally no clue on what the hell this demon king is, possibly the one who started all this chaos? It’s very vague but looks extremely important as any line of dialogue from the legend units are valuable to solving the lore.

That’s really all I have from my couple years of looking into the lore. If there’s one thing that’s canon it’s the cats being friends with doges at some point, there’s no denying that.

What i find absolutely amazing about this game is the fact that at first glance. The game doesn’t seem to have much lore. But In Reality It has plenty of lore that make’s a interesting story.

the cats are actually clones
in the menu there’s an upgrade for research, with a somewhat almost fully formed cat being welded into creation
in my theory, the real ones are actually safe in a small area within the area the empire actually resides in, and the clones are created inside the cat base, which is actually portable with enough time and preparation. so in reality, the cats are still working for the bad guys, but they aren’t really sacrificing themselves for the cat clan.

Actually one of the backstories from The Battle cats, is that the cats wanted to take over the world because the animals became evil, you know when the second chapter or like when you beat the first chapter of The Battle cats it'll tell you go Battle cats defeating evil something, I don't remember exactly but it's settled something along the lines that the animals were evil
