I had "more than normal" at 32 after having a terrible bike accident and landing head first on the road. 2, 5 years later I collapsed, they found a calcified thoracic disk lodged in my spinal cord compressing it, from the accident. I got cateracts from concussion and the hyperintensities were from brain injury that went undiagnosed. ..They also found black holes from ischemia.
This man is not explaining that hyperintensities can be from axonial shearing, and in fact those hyperintensities were trying to tell arrogant doctors I had an injury. They are not normal for young adults!!!

But how to stop this pathology to attack the brain??

I had an Mri yesterday. All was good but a few small white lesions at frontal lobe. The neurologist didn't even tell me and I had to read for myself. I'm 42.

Having cardiovascular risk factors, such as high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar (from diabetes), high dietary fat intake (high cholesterol) and smoking can all increase the number of white matter spots or lesions in your brain.

Live a healthy life, don't eat processed food, don't sit for more than 50 minutes at a time, don't live near toxic waste dumps like Florida, Texas, Eastern Arizona, Kern county or the San Joaquin Valley in California, within 50 miles of East Palestine in Ohio, within 45 miles of Flint Michigan, etc... look at the water, air and soil health of where you live. Eat foods that repair rather than damage your body.... This should be common sense
