1. Connect blue to blue with upside down U shape line.
2. Connect yellow to yellow with U shape line.

Connect blue with blue like half circle. Now same the green also should be drawn like. Half circle both the colours have to leave a space room for the red line pass by drawing crude S here you got it all colours connected with their partners.

I figured it out. You don't need to go outside of the box. All the lines connecting the three kinds of colors can fit inside.
First, connect the blue dots, arching toward the North like the above picture. Then, connect the green dots, arching toward the South.
And then, draw a red line that goes down from the red dot at the top and passing between the blue dot on the left and green dot. But, turn around like a U-shape before the red line intersects the blue line.
Then go through between the green dot in the middle and blue dot, and go out arching toward the North.

From red to red -> start at red and go below yellow and around the top of blue and to red.
from yellow to yellow -> start at yellow go straight to yellow above the red line, which went around blue.

Here's one solution: 1) starting at the top red, drop a line down to the left of the middle green dot going under the green dot and then looping over the right blue dot, then down to the bottom red. 2) connect the green dots with a line that loops over the right blue dot and the first line you drew. 3) now draw a line connecting the blues. Not a genius. Took about one try.
