I was in accident wherein the bodily injury was 50k I only received 30k because it was 20k in hospital bill. The person hit me i only had 50k in uninsured of he didn’t have insurance. So I up everything to 100k . I best thing out of it that I had broad collision which means if your not more than 50% at fault you don’t have to pay your deductible. I learned a lot but increasing my limits insurance limits helps to protect me and helps me get more compensation if I’m injury. I did have full coverage at the time of the accident
