after announcing my community patchwork project I thought it would be a great idea to show all my beginners how to crochet the absolute basic stitches and get yourself started! although there are a ton of fancy and intricate stitches, after 18+ years of crochet these are the techniques that I still use the MOST to this day. hope you can all learn from this! 🥰

It's so interesting to see other people's technique! Yours is very different from mine, but it is obviously working for you. I think it's really good to see different ways of holding the hook and yarn as a beginner so you can figure out what works for you.

I had been crocheting for 60 years 3 years ago I had a stroke I woke up from a coma after three months and could not crochet anymore up until about last month and I started with this this with your 101 and might not gotten far but I do have a square keep up the good work
