The large vase with blended colors looked great! A little cornstarch brushed inside the mold will help clay to release easily, and most people remove the clay right away.

I bought that identical mold and I also thought it would be much larger than it was when it came. A tip for you would be to take a small brush and brush in some cornstarch. When you remove the molds that come out much easier

I love all of these my sweet friend. I will be one of those that tell you that once you start playing with the clay and molds it is ADDICTIVE. I got several molds from Walmart and I get them at Hobby Lobby when they are on sale for 50% off too. You did a great job my friend. XOXO

When you use molds brush cornstarch in the MD before you place your clay and they will come out very easy.

Dust your molds with cornstarch before adding clay. Remove the clay before it dries. You can also use hot glue in the molds BUT you need to let them dry in the mold.

I’ve always avoided recreating plank looks, if anything I have used sharpie, etc. This scoring is brilliant!

I use baby powder in my moulds and they just come straight out while there wet! Lovely upgrades! 😍 XOXO

The beach paint pour was perfect! Looks more organic. I think if there was less water and more paint it wouldn’t have had that organic feel! Beautiful!!! I’ve got to try this.
