Super large, crazy thin, and seriously good - Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Review

Sometimes bigger is better and it definitely holds true for the largest tablet in Samsung´s Tab S8 Line-up. The 14.6" Tablet brings a lot to the table and is a great performer.

I've had this device since February, it really is a remarkable device, and is almost a killer for my laptop, once there is more support for tablet apps, I believe the laptop will have had its day.

Great review! I love my S8+ but now that my Surface Book 2 is routinely experiencing worrying core temperatures while doing the most basic tasks, I wish I'd gotten the Ultra.

Do you think 14.6" is likely the largest screen we'll see for a while or might Samsung or another manufacturer attempt something like the 18.4" Galaxy View?

I personally use thi tablet since march and I can say that a good way to use with with computer is to use the RDP client app to control the pc or use app like parsec. Note that parsec for some reason doesn't work with the keyboard cover of samsung. I plug my tablet using a usb type C hub to my dell 34 ultra wide monitor 1440p and it work perfectly and support the ultra wide side and also plug my keyboard ans mouse to this allowing me to have it working with my app on my tablet screen and windows on the monitor with the rdp or switch between the screen. It honestly work pretty well but I will say that you need to get the 256 Gb minimum if not you wont have enough ram to power use. In other words I love it

Great review! just ordered a Tab S8 ultra 5G (not just wifi) with the keyboard case and pen for £850 from CEX in the uk, all in A grade condition so will be like new! very excited for it! crazy how much the price has dropped though, new this would have cost around £1400 if not more!

What could the next tab s9 ultra offer🤔🤔🤔. Seriously, this will be mind boggling. I really hope the screen gets sharper and a faster USB C 4.0, that would be definitely worth it

My only grievance with the tab s8 ultra is the case. I wish Samsung would release the non-track pad keyboard variation similar to the one they have on the s8 plus. That case offers alot more stability and the ability to actually be used on the lap

IPad totally trashes the S8 with its insain CPU - still, I bought the S8 Ultra and loving it 👍
