I have had an issue in mine thankfully its a nearly cycled tank levels are good and it's fish ready.

I kicked up a bit of diatom powder that remained on my surfaces when i did my 25% water change to get my nitrates safe 🙂

I have one of the smallest Green killing machines they make.. like I almost laughed when I saw it.. it actually clips onto the lip of the outflow on a HOB filter. It's super small.. I haven't had any real cloudy water or green water.. I just thought I'd be prepared.. I have used it on a 15 gallon tank that was starting to get green water and I ran it twice for round 7 hours a day and my water was crystal clear.. so I run it occasionally especially after a water change where I've cleaned glass and stirred up a lot of stuff into the water column.. to be honest, I didn't think it would do anything ..but it is effective and I like it! Just thought I'd share my experience..thanks Vinny for taking the time out to make another video. And I hope you have a very blessed day!

Weekly 50% water changes, imo the minimum weekly maintenance anyone should be doing. Crystal clear water. Never any issues it's easy as that. Gravel is terrible because it just builds up waste underneath it. Sand every time because it's much easier to clean and isn't a nitrate factory. And sand means you can keep a much wider variety of fish. No bottom dwelling cichlids should ever be kept on gravel
