I got a question, so my axiom is awesome, but the question is why would it show my boat moving sideways? the transducer is at the back right of my catamaran

The icon for where I am, or you can say the icon for the boat on the map has changed from being a boat to a black dot, I find it very annoying but cant find a way to change it back, you have any idea of what that has happened and how I can change it?
