If I remember correctly she did cheat on him, but I'd like to point out phantom pregnancies are a very real thing and your body will react and prep for a baby that isn't there. I say this because it's not commonly taught in health class even though it should be- it's a real and terrible occurrence that more women need to know about

Yes this could have been a phantom pregnancy but, I guess, House deducted that she’s a cheat when she asked; “How do you know that (I’m pregnant), just by the head?” Instead of reacting in amazement with questions that refutes the diagnosis such as: “No way!” Or just “Are you sure?” Or “it can’t be” etc.
