That's great. I've live in Cleveland ohio for over 30 years never knew anyone within city limits training beagles. Transplant to Mississippi now.

Step 1 Get new Beagle Step 2 Go hunting. If problems occur with step 2, repeat step 1. Never trained a Beagle to hunt yet!

pop caps! awesome tip and video! I hunt in England without a gun licence so I use air rifles and slingshots + dogs. Air rifles are practically silent and I bet you can get crazy air calibre out there in America.

Both my Beagle Boys are rescues. One from a good breeder in FL that gave him away because he was a runt. Tge other from a shelter were his owner passed away and his pack was given to the shelter.

I've got a 6yr old dachshund Elkhound mix and a 4.5yr old beagle
I'm learning to hunt and get a license because they won't stop chasing rabbits. Never trained them for it, they just hate rabbits livin I guess

The beagle is from SW MI and looks a lot like your guys, probably related if you're in nw Ohio.

I wish I could replicate the mixed dog. He's a lot like Beagle but calmer and a lot smarter. Still a hound, but just a better dog, same size as a beag

How do you get them to come this is our greatest fear. They take off and then will find something else to track as well!
