How to make Kinder Cookie Dough Cups!

KINDER COOKIE DOUGH CUPS FOR TWO 😍

These Kinder cookie dough cups taste soooo good 🤤 and they’re super quick and easy to make!

They’re soft and gooey, packed with chunks of Kinder chocolate and white chocolate chips 👌

Sound on for full instructions 🔉

All you need is:

50g unsalted butter, softened
40g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
70g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
50g Kinder chocolate pieces (+ extra for the top)
50g white chocolate chips (+ extra for the top)

Makes 2 large ramekins or 4 small 🥰

Bake 160C (fan) 15 mins - if making 4 smaller servings they may take less time to cook.

KINDER COOKIE DOUGH CUPS!! RECIPE:

50g softened butter
40g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
Mix to form a paste
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix until combined
70g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
Mix to form a dough
50g kinder chocolate
50g white chocolate chips
Fold these in
Scoop into 2 ramekins
Smooth it out
Add more kinder chocolate on top
Add more white chocolate chips on top
BAKE 160C (FAN) 15 MINS
Enjoy!!

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

2) Mix together 50g softened butter, 40g light brown sugar and 20g granulated sugar in a bowl to form a paste.

3) Add one egg yolk and 1tsp vanilla and mix until combined.

4) Add 70g plain flour, 1/4tap bicarbonate of soda and 1/4tap salt and mix to form a dough.

5) Fold 50g kinder chocolate chunks and 50g white chocolate chips into the mix.

6) Scoop the mix equally into 2 ramekins and smooth them out.

7) Top with some more chucks of kinder chocolate and white chocolate chips.

8) Bake for 15 minutes.

9) Enjoy!
