What's the Point of a Personal Brand? -
"So I think often when we talk about a personal brand, we think of it as something. Selfish, right? That's just for us and our own, how we seem in the world. But my experience is that a personal brand, if it's strong as you, as a leader, whether you're the leader of a small business or the leader of a team within a Fortune 500 company, or you're the leader of a you know, a growing, a growing mid-cap company. Having a personal brand is the way, one of the ways that you express your leadership. And so I think that for me, I also realized that the experiences people have in their life shape their personal brands to a certain degree. And so you can use those personal experiences to shape your life in a way or to shape your personal brand in a way that's either positive or negative, hopefully positive."
