He was the craziest man alive yet at the same time the most sane.

38:13 "You're not listening to me Bob!"

56:42 He's referring to the calamity. Death occurs when thought ceases. The body doesn't die as life is one inseperable whole. It is only thought that separates you from the rest of life. But your thought is what gives you your identity and the identity wants to maintain itself, even though it has no enduring substance. And this creates fear. So the identity anchors itself on to whatever is close at hand. Job, family, education, likes and dislikes etc. But all of this is continually changing.

1:19:10 74 years, 6 months, 15 days, 14 hours.

That opening actually made me laugh and I think that’s as close as you can get to actually understanding it. I’ve come a long way from when I thought it was crazy.

Brutal, honest, crystal clear. The thing is, and nobody wants to know it because they are in denial, that there is not one person on this earth that is sane...SBN RESONATE

Happiness like other emotions are just sensations that we put labels onto. Without labels they are just sensations and there is no more demand to resist them or try to perpetuate them.

UG is like a lightning strike. You can never ever determine where he's going to strike within your thinking self.

The free man is like a boat with no captain, only the sails, for he makes use of the opportunities that present themselves.
Those sails are his genes, instincts.

The priest, the stateman and the scientist live in a world of their own. A world of impatience, perfectionism, structure and agendas (live this way), which of course usually leads to poverty and always to chains, shame and insanity, and the wrath of nature. If nature doesnt wipe him, he will.

I just like experiencing love, sexuality, tasty food, peacefulness even if it means nothing- because it makes this short life a little more fun.
