Ukraine War: Is the defence of Bakhmut a distraction?

Former senior military intelligence officer Philip Ingram joins Sky News to look at both Ukrainian and Russian strategies in the city of Bakhmut, eastern Ukraine.

The city has become a pinch point in the war - which Mr Ingram suggests may be part of a bigger plan by Ukrainian forces to prepare for action "elsewhere".

I’m really puzzled this expert has been telling us from about 10 months that Russia is running out of Amo, Rockets, Manpower etc. if I recall about 9 months back he said Russia has less than 2 weeks of supplies left . Is it just me who thinks this guy is more of a story teller than a expert
