Recommend if solo, look for a quick objective on the edge of the map, with extract also on the edge. Doesn't matter where. Drop on extraction point and do a full loop around the map. Clear the objective whenever you get to it. Finish the loop and extract.

If you do a mission like this where extract is on the edge and the mission is in the middle, deploy across from extraction at the other end. Do a full loop around the map looting. Then once your back where you dropped, run through the middle and clear the objective, and then continue to extract.

Requisitions, Medals, and Super Credits are attached to your account, unlike any type of samples which need to be extracted. So you can collect them and abandon with squad or return to ship alone and you should still have them acquired to your account just not the samples.

I'm honestly surprised vids like this exist, from people that do barely any research on the topic.

The fastest way is to utilize trivial, find a flat map. Ideally one with the extract pushed into a corner and minimal mountain/water so more POIs can spawn. Then run it by yourself. Note how many super credit spawns there are and however many medal spawns there are. If you've found a good number of super credit spawns, OR gotten a nice series of super credit spawns (in my case, three POIs in a row with minimal running that nets me 40 super credits) you promptly ALT+F4 or close the game on the PS5.

Super credits and medals are gained on pick up. When you force close the game, the map is *saved* and your destroyer is positioned there. You can then relaunch it and go back down. Rinse and repeat.

I just farmed medals. And took the time of how long one farming run took. From starting the game to blowing up two containers where I got from 3 to 6 per run at about two and a half minutes. But this is not my cup of tea. So boring grinding like this that I rather play on suicide with my friends and the medals may come when we stumble over them. There is no true exploit/glitching your way to fame and fortune in this game:)
