The fact that the SNL skit was written by an old friend of Ned from Yale iirc makes the whole situation of painting them as overreactive even yuckier

The only thing Ned got right is that he realized he will never be in good public standing ever again, counted his losses, and faded into obscurity. Other influencers or YouTubers who are facing major backlash should take notes.

With Ned there was always this odd sense of aggression, like he needed to be the best, he thought being loud and aggressive was funny to the point he'd actually piss off the other guys. The change with him gone honestly feels like no longer having to deal with the douchebag that peaked in high school. As for the SNL skit, one of the writers happened to know Ned, that's awfully convenient isn't it?

Looking back at old try guys videos Ned never added anything, all he was was the guy who loves his wife. Their new videos give off a lot better energy I almost feel like they're not afraid to be themselves anymore. I'm happy for them!

I'm so curious what ned is even up to these days. Of all the guys he was the least involved in outside projects.
He threw it all away for a fling. What a giant loser.

The try guys felt like a kids channel before in like an aggressively advertiser friendly way, but now it feels like it's about adults, for adults, doing fun interesting things.

The Try Guys editors KILLED it during those times, they edited out Ned in all upcoming videos and put in random animals like elephants over the spots he was in. It was hilarious, everyone loved it.

these boys did an incredible job when this scandal broke. Hiring the right people to do an internal investigation dealing with it before the public knew. Also their video where they announce that ned was gone was very well done, down to Eugene reminding the internet that we tend to be meaner and more harsh towards women. So happy to see them doing well <3

Watching the videos from Zach and YB’s weddings I realized just how badly Ned messed his life up, he missed out on such memorable, happy, and fun days bc he couldn’t be a good person.

1:51 "ever since scandal I think their content's been better than ever" truer words have never been spoken

Honestly I worry for Ariel. She deserves way better. Also Ned being gone is such a breath of fresh air I never really liked him or felt he contributed anything honestly.

Honestly i stopped watching the try guys for a while because their content was low key boring and repetitive at the time. After Ned left I started watching again and you can totally sense a huge shift in their expression and mood. They seem so much happier and free, makes me wonder how much control Ned had over everyone in the company…

I remember something about Ned. I don’t remember where I heard maybe it was the documentary but apparently the Try Guys wanted to do a lot of different things, create Different kind of content but couldn’t because Ned didn’t allow them. Glad to know that the Try Guys are able to express themselves fully in their content and put the content that they truly want.

Ned really fumbled his whole life. He had an amazing wife & career, but tossed it all away for a fling. I hope he never recovers tbf. My heart still breaks when I think of Ariel & the kids 💔

Really wasn’t expecting a Try Guys drama vid today, but I’m here for the tea ☕️

The fact that Alex cheated on her handsome beef cake of a fiancé with the blandest fish stick in the box is wild to me.

I hope Ariel is well despite everything. Ned was always the "wife guy" but Ariel was more than just "Ned's wife".

Can we talk about how much Zach matured? He is so amazing now, is like if he bloomed and we are seeing the true Zach 🥺✨

Ned leaving was like them leaving Buzzfeed all over again. They finally have control over the channel without someone constantly holding them back from the content we want to see. And thank god all of neds toxic aggression is out too. He made it creepy, loud, and toxic masculinity is something he clearly struggles with but tried not to show.
