Quick formula (sorry I love math ahhaa)
Camera color temp - Source "light" color temp = x
if x > 0, then you get a cool look
if x < 0, then you get a warm look
and if x = 0, then you get "perfect" white.

Thank you for answering the question I had about CCT v RGB lights and skin tone. I noticed that when I light people with RGB lights it's harder to get their skin tones to look right. When you light yourself and change color temperatures, your scene still looks good; the color in your sweatshirt, your face, and the area around you look as it should and is not a colorful mess. This is really helpful.
